Precision Filter Maintenance Methods:
1. The core component of a precision filter is the filter element, which is a fragile component and requires special protection.
2. Over extended operation, a precision filter will retain a certain amount of impurities, which will reduce its operating speed. Therefore, it should be cleaned frequently, including the filter element.
3. During the cleaning process, pay special attention to the cleaning of the filter element to prevent deformation or damage. Otherwise, the filtration accuracy will be reduced and production requirements will not be met.
4. If the filter element is deformed or damaged, it must be replaced immediately.
5. Certain precision filter elements, such as bag filters and polypropylene filter elements, cannot be reused multiple times.
