The application principle of integrated sewage treatment equipment is to integrate anoxic, ultrafiltration membrane filtration and control room, overcoming the shortcomings of traditional treatment process, such as lengthy process, large floor space and complex operation and management. 1. Scope of application
Integrated water treatment equipment can be applied to the following scenarios:
1. Preparation of direct drinking water for communities, schools, factories and other units;
2. Preparation of bottled water, mineral water and other filling water;
3. Purification and preparation water for process water/chemical circulating water in textile and chemical industries, chemical product manufacturing, etc.;
4. Preparation water for food and beverage industry, drinking, beverage, beer, liquor, health products, etc.;
5. Washing water for electronic components such as integrated circuits, silicon chips, display tubes, etc. in the electronic industry.

2. Process flow
Process 1: quartz sand + activated carbon + softening system + security filter + reverse osmosis device
Process 2: Quartz sand + activated carbon + anti-scaling system + security filter + reverse osmosis device.
Process 3: flocculation sedimentation + quartz sand + activated carbon + anti-scaling system + security filter + reverse osmosis device (applicable when the raw water is poor).
Process 4: Quartz sand + activated carbon + softening + security filter + reverse osmosis device + ozone sterilization / ultraviolet sterilization (applicable for production and beverage preparation).
Process 5: Quartz sand + activated carbon + softening equipment + security filter + primary reverse osmosis + secondary reverse osmosis + ozone sterilization / ultraviolet sterilization (applicable when the raw water conductivity is >1000μS/cm).
