Check the flush point for damage；
Check waste solenoid valve for clogged or over-draining；
Check if the RO membrane is clogged or the removal rate is severely reduced. Fault 2: The pressure tank is full, but the clean water cannot flow out Solution:
Depressurize the pressure tank;
Activated carbon after cleaning;
Check if the pressure tank ball valve is closed or damaged. Fault 3: The water purifier is noisy Solution:
Check whether the raw water pipeline is cut off due to gas in the water, which causes the booster pump to run idly, and the noise of the water purifier is loud;
Check whether the booster pump is faulty, the vibration is too large, there is friction sound, etc. Check whether the water purifier is placed firmly;
Check if the hose is too long. The vibration of the pump makes the water pipe hit the casing to check whether the hot water is boiling and causing excessive noise;
Check whether the water in the community is cut off or the water purifier tee is artificially closed. Fault 4: The booster pump does not start and cannot make water Solution:
Check for power outages and plugs;
Check whether the low-voltage switch is malfunctioning and cannot be connected to the power supply;
Check for malfunction of high pressure switch or water level control;
Check the transformer, if the fuse is burnt, if the water pump is broken, if so, it needs to be replaced. Fault 5: The booster pump does not stop Solution:
The pressure of the high-pressure pump is insufficient and cannot reach the pressure set by the high-pressure, so it has been unable to make water, so it has been working;
The check valve is blocked, no pure water;
The high voltage switch fails and cannot take off;
The water inlet solenoid valve fails and cannot be opened effectively. Fault 6: The machine jumps repeatedly after the water is full Solution: Check whether the raw water pressure is insufficient;
It may be caused by the pressure relief of the check valve;
The high pressure switch fails, replace the switch;
There is a pressure relief phenomenon in the system, you can find professional after-sales on-site inspection. Fault 7: water leakage Solution:
Check the water circuit of the water purifier and find the leaking point;
Check whether the small Unicom is leaking;
Check the water purifier for leaks;
Check whether the waste water pipe of the water purifier falls off the floor drain, and whether the floor drain is blocked so that the waste water cannot be discharged to the sewer and thus leaks. Fault 8: The machine has been working without stopping Solution:
Check if the high pressure switch is set too high, if so, adjust the pressure of the high pressure switch counterclockwise with a 2mm hexagon;
The RO membrane is blocked, the effluent is in the shape of water droplets, and cannot be connected to a line, which cannot meet the conditions for the high-voltage switch to jump, and the RO membrane can be replaced;
The water pump is depressurized and the pressure is insufficient. The only thing to do now is to change the pump. Fault 9: Impure drinking water Solution:
It may be caused by the reduction or even failure of the RO membrane desalination rate;
The pure water and waste water ends of the RO membrane tube are not strictly separated and there are cracks;
Check if RO membrane is properly sized or damaged;
Check whether the rear activated carbon is effective. Fault 10: water purifier long beeping alarm Solution:
Check the water and whether the circuit is abnormal;
It may be a reminder of the expiration of the filter element life, check whether the filter element fails in advance, or has reached the service life;
OWP overtime protection, when the water purifier is continuously producing water for more than 5 hours (3 hours for some models, 1 hour for high-flux reverse osmosis models), the machine will take water shortage as the cause of the failure, and the machine will give a long alarm and be forced to stop.
