Ultrafiltration equipment, as the name implies, is a separation technology using a pressurized membrane, which means that under a certain pressure, small molecules pass through a special membrane with a certain pore size, and macromolecular substances are blocked and remain in the other side of the membrane. side, thus purifying the water. Effectively remove particles, colloids, bacteria, heat sources and organic matter in water with a filtration accuracy of 0.01 microns. At present, ultrafiltration equipment is widely used in reverse osmosis equipment pretreatment, reclaimed water reuse in sewage treatment, large and medium-sized drinking water plants, etc.

1. The pressure difference on both sides of the SFP membrane is too high, what is the cause? How to solve it?
(1) SFP membrane components may be contaminated;
Solution: Eliminate the system one by one, check the cause of the possible contamination of the SEP membrane, perform repeated cleaning, adjust the new flushing parameters, so that the SEP membrane is thoroughly cleaned, and the membrane module is replaced if necessary;
(2) The flow rate of the produced water is too high;
Solution: According to the specific operation, adjust and control the water mixing flow to avoid the excessive membrane pressure difference caused by the excessive production water flow;
(3) The inlet water temperature is too low;
Solution: Appropriately warm the inlet water temperature, especially in winter, take antifreeze measures. Such as equipment pipeline insulation measures;
2. The water production of the whole set of equipment has dropped significantly. What is the situation?
(1) The ultrafiltration membrane is blocked by sewage or blocked;
Solution: Check the cause of the contamination of the ultrafiltration membrane module, flush it, and replace the membrane module if necessary;
(2) The opening of the valve is not set reasonably;
Solution: Check the valve status of the entire system, check all valves that should be opened, ensure that all valves are in a fully open state, and ensure that the opening of each valve is within a reasonable range;
(3) There is a problem with the flow meter, which may be broken.
Solution: Check whether all flow meters have problems, are broken or have other problems, and solve or replace the flow meters in time.
3. The water quality of the produced water is not up to standard, what is the reason?
(1) The quality of the influent water is too poor and exceeds the lowest required range;
Solution: Detect the water quality of the influent, mainly detect the COD, total iron and manganese of the influent, and whether the turbidity of the influent is within the allowable range. If it is not within the allowable range, it is necessary to add pretreatment equipment in front of the ultrafiltration equipment.
(2) The ultrafiltration membrane module may be damaged and cannot meet the filtration requirements;
Solution: Find out where and why the ultrafiltration membrane may be damaged in the system. Before replacing the membrane module, first solve the reason for the damage to the membrane module.
  The above points are the problems that may exist in the use of ultrafiltration equipment, and there are more problems, which will be sorted out and answered later.
