Natural mineral water refers to the uncontaminated under-ground mineral water that emerges naturally from the depths of the ground or that has been excavated manually. It contains a certain amount of minerals and trace elements. Under normal conditions, its chemical composition, flow rate, water temperature and other dynamics are relatively stable within the natural fluctuation range, and the limit indicators of water quality conform to national standards.
Long-term drinking of mineral water does have obvious nutritional and health care effects on the human body. Natural mineral water is delicious, the water quality is crystal clear, clear, refreshing and cool. It is sweet and delicious to cook rice and porridge, and it is used to make tea with a cool and mellow taste. It has been favored by consumers.
Mineral Substance Water
is made of pure water by adding artificially synthesized mineralized liquid. Some of the finished water has a small amount of sediment and color, and the turbidity is generally greater than that of natural mineral water. Some people call it imitation mineral water. A spokesman for a world-renowned beverage company even publicly admitted that the basic source of mineral water is tap water. Since there is no national standard, the types and contents of minerals in the mineral water produced by different enterprises are different. Some even add chemical reagents directly to the water, and some use mineral concentrates of unknown origin. The safety and effectiveness of these added substances have not been demonstrated, and there is no scientific basis for the content.
The content of minerals and trace elements in natural mineral water is stable, generally exists in an ionic state and is easily absorbed by the human body, while the content of trace elements in artificially synthesized mineral water is unstable and is greatly affected by human factors.
The boundary index between harmful and beneficial concentrations of some trace elements is very difficult to grasp by artificial addition. For example, selenium content of 0.01-0.05 mg/L can prevent and resist cancer and enhance human immune function, but when the content is greater than 0.05 mg/L, it will cause selenium poisoning. The iodide content of 0.2-0.5 mg/L is beneficial to the human body, but when the content is larger than 0.5 mg/L, it will cause iodine poisoning, which is not conducive to human health.
